REAL GOLD LEAF MOSAIC.  This is a plain gold leaf mosaic which measures 20mm x 20mm x 4mm and comes on a nylon mesh but can easily be peeled off.  The gold leaf is set at the base of a 4mm protective clear glass layer.   Sold in 25-tile sheets
