Wheeled Glass Mosaic Cutters

An excellent, but considerably cheaper, alternative to the gold standard Leponitt wheeled nippers.  These Chinese-made nippers are slightly heavier and longer in the handle than Leponitts, but also have the all-important tungsten-carbide cutting wheels and other parts made in steel.
