These 1kg bags of tiles are offered at a discount because the colour mix doesn't cover the whole spectrum you would normally expect in a 'random' mix. 

The colour balance tends to be towards blues, greens and greys, with rather fewer of the very brightest colours - but there are still some in each bag.  In some cases, there will be more of one particular type of tile - but  I'll make sure that this doesn't predominate and you will still get plenty of other colours as well. 

The tiles have all come from our usual suppliers, so are excellent quality, and you will still find a mix of finishes (so expect mostly standard tiles and a few unusual finishes including milky opaques, iridescents, transparents, and some gemme with gold flecks).  A great bargain as long as you don't mind going with the flow as far as the colours are concerned. 

Individual tiles mostly measure 20 x 20mm and are around 4mm deep but there will be some variation in depth. Tiles come loose in plastic bags and are almost all sold without any paper backing, but you might have to soak paper backing off a very small proportion. Use Leponitt or other wheeled cutters for cutting glass tiles.
