Mosaic Kit - Blackbird and berries

PriceFrom £35.00

Make this beautiful 30cm square mosaic with ceramic and glass tiles.  Choose whether to include tools or not...

  • INFORMATION

A blackbird on a branch. You can choose either to buy the full version of the kit with everything necessary to create the mosaic, or you can buy a version without tools if you have plenty of equipment already.

The tiles supplied all measure a standard 2cm x 2cm.  Most of them are ceramic tiles from the great Winckelmans factory in France.  There are  also a number of glass tiles, some with an iridescent sheen, to make some interesting highlights on the bird's plumage and on the berries.  This kit is for adults and would best suit someone with mosaic experience.  Having said that, the techniques involved are simple, and detailed instructions are included, so an ambitious and confident beginner should be able to complete it.  It  requires an eye for detail and some precise cutting, so if you're up for that, go for it.
